Grown by Guillermo Chuquimia on the eastern slopes of the Bolivian Andes in the Caranavi/Yungas region, this java lot is bursting with the sparkling sweetness of cola and plum.

This coffee has undergone an anaerobic washed process where the pulped and washed coffee seeds are sealed in tanks with the oxygen removed to ferment before drying. This process helps to develop more complex flavours and aromas. The finished product is deliciously sweet and fruity in the cup, with a delicate and soft texture.

We only have a very limited amount of this amazing coffee so make sure you get your hands on some before it's too late!
